In an effort to make your furniture dreams come true more quickly, a number of our partners offer a QuickShip Collection, which features best-selling items in their most popular finish combinations. These come from our Canadian or U.S. distribution centres and normally arrive at our local warehouse within 8 weeks.
Special and Custom Orders
Our partners offer furnishings in an endless array of combinations and configurations. Multiple configurations, material options and combinations mean that each item is custom made, just for you. Your furniture will usually arrive at our local warehouse within 12 to 16 weeks.
Delivery
We use a White Glove service for all deliveries made throughout the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Corridor, where services include delivering furniture into client’s homes, placing the furniture and taking away all packaging materials. Cost varies depending on delivery location. We also facilitate long haul delivery throughout Canada and internationally.
Before purchasing your new furniture, please note all important measurements and obstructions so you can ensure a successful delivery. It is important that your furniture can fit through all entryways, elevators and any stairways.
To prepare your home for a delivery, please remove tripping hazards or other obstacles from hallways and rooms, place pets in another part of your home and clear the intended location for your product.
Pick Ups
Pickups of furniture must be arranged ahead of time with your sales associate and can be done either from our showroom or warehouse. You must sign off on the condition of the item at time of pickup. We are not responsible for any damages occurred after the item leaves our premise.
